So finally Becoming Led Zeppelin is up on the big screen and in cinemas across the world.

On Tuesday I attended a press screening of the Becoming Led Zeppelin film at the Sony Pictures HQ.
No spoilers – but just to say I was very impressed…
I did not think I could love Led Zeppelin anymore than I do but this film proves otherwise…invigorating, inspiring, emotional and truly fantastic. New issue of Record Collector with 50th Anniversary Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti cover feature out this week…
Back in early September last year, Paul Lester the editor of Record Collector got in touch to ask me if there was much scope on a feature marking 50th anniversary of the release of Led Zeppelin’s Physical Graffiti.
My reply was yes there was a lot of scope and we began formulating ideas for a major front cover feature.

Becoming Led Zeppelin film UK tickets on sale Friday January 17:

Sony Pictures UK announced this week that tickets for “Becoming Led Zeppelin” will go on sale in the UK on January 17. The film’s full-length trailer that was released last month is on the way to cinemas in the UK. It was rated 12A by the British Board of Film Classification.

This week has seen a festive blizzard of news about next year’s release of “Becoming Led Zeppelin”.
We now have confirmation that the film will be released in the UK on February 5. Following the film’s IMAX-exclusive release in the US and Canada on February 7, it will then have a nationwide release on 1,000 screens in the US on February 14.
