 It hadn’t occurred to me until Steve A. Jones noted it in the comments of the last Diary entry, that this is the commencement of my fifth decade of chronicling the world of Led Zeppelin.
The fifth decade has duly got off to a great start. The arrival of the new Mojo magazine with its inspiring Jimmy Page interview had me rushing to get some of that old Page magic back on the deck.

The last of the presents were wrapped and under the tree. The turkey was all ready to cook. In the kitchen he switched on the Amstrad 7070 radio/tape deck and pressed it to radio medium wave mode.

Your memories / feedback requested
I am now commencing initial research for the next TBL Publishing project which will focus on Led Zeppelin’s final tour – the 14 shows that spanned Holland, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany to form the Over Europe tour in the summer of 1980.
