Robert Plant and Alison Krauss appearance on the country music show, Crossroads will be premiering Monday, February 11 at 8:00 p.m. ET. 
“CMT Crossroads: Robert Plant And Alison Krauss”, features songs from their “Raising Sand” album including Gone Gone Gone (Done Moved On), Please Read the Letter” and “Rich Woman”. The pair also performed Alison Krauss’s “The Boy Who Wouldn’t Hoe Corn”, as well as Led Zeppelin classics “Black Dog” and “When the Levee Breaks”.

Robert & Alison announce first US tour dates

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have announced their first tour dates for the USA, beginning with a series of shows in April prior to the European tour with the promise of more to come in June and July.
The dates are as follows:
20th April Palace Theatre, Louisville, KY 
22nd April Knoxville Civic Coliseum, Knoxville TN
23rd April Memorial Auditorium, Chatanooga TN
26th April BJCC Arena (Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Coliseum Arena), Birmingham AL

The combined might of the xyz boys and their spouses enjoyed something of a rare night out last Saturday – after all the trials and tribulations of getting TBL19 on the streets we felt we owed ourselves at least that. Plant tops ‘Beard of the Year’ list

Strange but true, Robert Plant has been proclaimed the man with ‘beard of the year’. 
The announcement came from the Beard Liberation Front, an informal network of beard wearers. 
It was Plant’s stylish beard he sported at Led zeppelins reunion gig in London earlier this month that won him the title. 
Second on their list was Liverpool football manager Rafael Benitez, while businessman Sir Richard Branson shared the third spot with England cricketer Monty Panesar.
Comedian Russell Brand and author Michael Rosen came in at fourth and fifth respectively.
