Rare Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin photos are to go on display at a Soho gallery in November. The pictures will form part of the Rock Achive Exhibition that will take place at 65–67 Broadwick Street in Soho. Pictures of Bob Dylan, The Who, Razorlight, Amy Winehouse, Bob Marley and U2 will also feature in the exhibition. Jill Furmanovsky, who has taken classic images of artists such as Oasis and Blondie, founded Rock Archive in 1998.

Tribute band Boot Led Zeppelin will be leading the celebrations at a special 40th anniversary Led Zeppelin Convention being staged at the famous Croydon Fairfield Hall venue on Friday November 7. In yet more speculation the Friday Sept 26 edition of The Sun ran a story that Robert Plant has agreed to a Led Zeppelin tour next year. This has been picked up by a variety of news sources. No official confirmation of such a decision. has been forthcoming.

In an official statement released via robertplant.com, Robert has stated that he has no intention of touring with anyone for at least two years, and goes on to say that contrary to a spate of recent reports, he will not be touring or recording with Led Zeppelin

Jimmy Page along with The Edge and Jack White was in attendance at a premiere screening of the new rock documentary It Might Get Loud in Toronto last week.
The film examines the journey of the electric guitar as told through the three guitarists respective careers. The film also has footage of the three together jamming on a sound stage in Los Angeles including a performance of Zep’s In My Time of Dying.
