3 November 2008 2,448 views 2 Comments

The 40th anniversary of Led Zeppelin will be celebrated on Friday November 7th at the Fairfield Halls Croydon. Tribute band Boot Led Zeppelin will be headlining the event with a special performance.

Doors open at 5pm and the line up includes memorabilia displays, stalls including Tight But Loose, and various screenings of Zep footage.

Guest speakers Dave Lewis and Mick Wall (who will be discussing his already much talked about new Led Zeppelin biography When Giants Walked The Earth) are scheduled to appear around 6.30.

After which ABC’s Graeme Hutchinson will be conducting a charity auction with some very desirable items on offer with all proceeds going to the ABC Trust.

Boot Led Zeppelin will close the event

All in all it’s a great opportunity to celebrate 40 years of Led Zeppelin and we look forward to seeing all that can make it.

Tickets priced £18.50 (£16.50 concessions) are available via (Box office 020 8688 9291)
