THIRTY YEARS GONE TBL CELEBRATION FAN GATHERING/BOOK LAUNCH PLANNED

We are planning a TBL Fan Gathering to be staged on Saturday September 25th 2010. This all day event will celebrate the life and times of John Bonham and Led Zeppelin and will also act as the official launch for the next TBL publishing book Led Zeppelin, A Feather In The Wind, Over Europe 1980.   The venue is likely to be a London area location and the event will run along the lines of last year’s Lytton Arms Knebworth gathering with various attractions and specials guests to be announced. JIMMY PAGE AT CLASSIC ALBUM COVERS STAMPS LAUNCH

Jimmy Page was in attendance at the launch of the Royal Mail’s Classic Album Cover Stamps at the Rough Trade record shop in London. Speaking about the Led Zeppelin fourth album design Jimmy said   “Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him – that sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time.”.
