The largest ever Led Zeppelin fan gathering is taking place over the Memorial Day Weekend 2011.
Zep Fest 2011 will run over three days – May 27th, 28th and 29th –
The venue is the National Harbour in Washington DC USA.
The organizers have an ambitious line up of attractions. They include:

Robert Plant & The Band Of Joy took part in the final show of the current series of BBC2’s Later With Jools Holland last night. They appeared alongside Arcade Fire, soul legend Mavis Staples, Nashville four piece Mona, Adele and Indian folk singer Raghu Dixit.

The 30th anniversary of the passing of John Bonham is set to be marked this weekend by fans throughout the world. At the Key Club in Hollywood, a variety of drummers will be uniting in their affection for John at the ”Bonzo: The Groove Remains The Same” Event – this will be attended by Jason, Deborah and Zoe Bonham.

This Saturday September 25 we are holding an informal pub meet to celebrate the legacy of John Bonham and Led Zeppelin on the 30th anniversary of his passing.
The venue is the Marlborough Head pub at 24 North Audley Street London W1K 6WD. It’s situated just off the Marble Arch end off Oxford Street (Nearest tube stations are Bond Street and Marble Arch)
