Trampled Underfoot: The Power And Excess of Led Zeppelin is published in the UK on September 6th by Faber and Faber with a US edition via Wiley & Sons to follow in October.

In the past 12 months, he has continued his quench for music thirst, regrouping with Justin Adams, Juldeh Camara with Patty Griffin and the nucleus of Strange Sensation to present the Sensational Space Shifters.

Jimmy Page was in attendance at a surprise low key free Stone Roses gig at the Village Underground London on August 7th. The gig was sponsored by Adidas and was attended by three of the Team GB gold medalists – Bradley Wiggins, Jessica Ennis and Pete Reed.
